Setting ministers from a coalition of nations together with Canada, the UK, Costa Rica and France have urged negotiators on the COP15 summit to rally behind the so-called 30 by 30 goal – a purpose to guard 30 per cent of the world’s land and sea by 2030 in an effort to stem biodiversity losses across the globe.
